It didn’t matter whether it was about equations, Lucasfilm audio, music composers, or computer music—he always wrote back, detailing the important connections and historical facts on these subjects. I often felt that he was a walking encyclopedia of knowledge when it came to these areas. His generosity, insight, and willingness to share what he knew made a lasting impression on me. I will miss him deeply.
